I'm still very much a learner when it comes to computers, and when I brought my laptop here I was met with so much patience and willingness to teach. I was given advice and help to know what I was getting into before the repair process began, and throughout the work he showed me and explained what he was doing, after I told him that I was trying to become more self-reliant when it comes to tech - so it wasn't just a case of, I had a problem and somebody fixed it, but that I had a problem and now I understand that problem, why it happened, and I have the confidence to figure much more of it out for myself if it happens again. Fantastic service.

PC Expert helped me set up my new gaming pc. Student friendly and professional and talked me through all the steps to upgrade in the future. Good value for money and an all around pleasant experience.

I found the PC Expert through Google and I would highly recommend him to anyone even thinking about laptop repairs or upgrades.I took my 5 year old HP laptop to the PC Expert with some new parts and asked him to fit them. He clearly explained the procedure, any possible issues and the method. He gave my son brilliant honest advice for quite a while and refused to take any money even when I offered. Very kind and helpful. Go here before you go to any other computer repair services! This is a small business run by very skilled staff who - it seems to me - always put their customers first. When I came in with an old projector, they offered free advice on how to get it working, and when I came in for laptop repairs, they conducted timely and high-quality repairs right in front of me. The PC Expert has 25 years of experience and they charge very fair prices. Highly recommend

I recently nipped in to see The PC Expert and came out with so much knowledge, the owner broke it down for me easy to understand and to take away and apply.I found all the information so informative and very helpful, especially as I use my laptop and phone daily for my business.I turned up within 10 mins and he put the time aside to help me straight away.The way technology is going, sometimes it is hard to keep up but knowing the PC expert is just down the road with any questions I may have, I am very grateful.

Excellent service from The PC Expert. Informed me of all my choices, risks and helped me with cleaning tips for my laptop for the future. Also bought my old parts off me to recycle, rather than me putting into landfill or recycling myself - they'll go to a better home and I got a discount! I would say that The PC Expert provides incredible service, the whole process was quick and efficient with fast and easy communication throughout! 5 stars!The charging port for my laptop broke a week before the Christmas break and as a uni student that is horrible timing.All of my school work was on my laptop so I needed this fixed ASAP. The gentleman working there completely understood; guiding me through the different options I could consider, retrieved and transferred data from my old laptop to a new one same day + no charge for diagnostic fee.He even offered any repairs at a 50% discount.
