Visited Jamie so that I could finally sort out an old sports injury which, if I am to be honest, just completely put off getting looked at over the years. From the get go I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable, Jamie is very knowledgable in his field, explained not just what needed to be done but why. Always a positive experience seeing Seb, helpful advice and good treatment

Having spent time with Erin fixing the pain in my elbows, Seb then sorted out my twisted knee picked up during a skiing trip, with a session from Chris regarding rebuilding strength. With a combination of diagnosis, exercise regimes and massage, all is now back to normal. All 3 of the staff have been very professional and supportive. I'd highly recommend them.

Jamie Venning is fantastic. I've used numerous massage therapists over the years, but Jamie is by far the best. I can't stop recommending him to everyone.

I have been a customer at Optimal Sports Therapy for a long time after going for an initial injury that Seb sorted. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The new premises are in a beautiful setting with lots of parking. Seb is very knowledgable and doesn’t just deal with sports injuries. I go regularly for maintenance as I carry lots of my stress in my shoulders. Seb has given me exercises to do at home too. I’ve also had really good treatments from Jamie and Aaron when Seb was away. I’ve just started Pilates and yoga classes at Optimal too. I love both of them and the venue setting helps. A genuine 5* for the staff, classes and the venue.
