Got new bed and mattress from here as more helpful and better value than bed shop around the corner.Mark down as messed about with delivery losing a day than a half day.Nevertheless would definitely recommend.

Bad trader skills, I am disappointed because I did not purchase anything only for one reason....sellers rude attitude!

Don’t trust this company to honour your guarantee. My electric bed is less than 4 years old. The motor has become detached on one side but they refuse to mend it. Only one elderly and disabled person using the bed. Disgraceful. Not to be trusted.Regarding your response, you omitted to mention your employee in St Albans told me in your shop on 11.4.23 that my bed was guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year and by your company for a further four years. It is less than four years old. Furthermore, on attendance at my home he said he would ask your delivery men to attend one Saturday within 10 days to repair it. I strongly resent and refute your accusation that “pressure has been applied to it whilst base was in high position”. You have not honoured your employees resolution to the problem or your own guarantee.

After visiting some high street bed stores with just sales staff we tried Comfort sleep an independent bed store for some matress advice. We was advised on the different matress make ups and was given the time to decide what was best for our comfort and budget. The matress was delivered two weeks later with our old matress taken away. Would highly recommend this store.

Very happy with the service received with Comfort Beds when purchasing a Hypnos mattress. At no time during our visits to the store was pressure put on to purchase , mattresses explained , time to delivery was exact and delivery went ahead without a problem . Would have no doubts in recommending.

We bought a fantastic mattress recently! We had a European mattress which needed replacing. It was really hard to find somewhere that supplied them and didn’t charge a fortune. Great value for money and I can now sleep well! Really lovely guys who were very kind, helpful and clearly knew their stuff. Thank you and highly recommend!
