Me and my partner was bought the Indian cooking course as a Christmas present. What a fantastic day we had, I could not recommend this enough. As someone who has a passion Indian cooking this was the most perfect day, from learning about the different spices and understanding the process to producing the most amazing curry. WOW. The curry and rice we made was that good, we replicated it for our family as soon as we got home and every single plate was empty!! (We are now the best Indian chefs in the family). Fantastic day all around, Sharmini and Helen were amazing and once again would highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed this day and found it very useful as a basis for being more adventurous in cooking Indian food. The day was very well structured with clear demonstrations before trying ourselves. Sharmini was able to see and comment on each of the dishes during cooking, which was very helpful, and was very accessible for other questions during the day as well as in the group sessions. The atmosphere she and Helen created was very relaxed and the day worked very well from my point of view.I would certainly recommend.

Great cookery class on line during lockdown. Good fun, great food at the end for dinner. I learned to cook a delicious Balti Prawns with Coriander Rice. It was so good that I booked the next one!Now have done my forth zoom cookery class with Sarmini (Saag Paneer and Lemon Rice). Another delicious dish!I have received a beautiful Sharmini’s Spice Starter kit and the aroma of the spicies is amazing … looking forward to using them!

Had a great day. Learnt all about the spices. Cooked and ate lunch and then did a few more different things in the afternoon with lots of delicious food to take home.Would recommend to anyone with the passion to learn Indian cooking. You won't regret it.

Had a lovely time on the Indian cookery course. Sharmini is very knowledgeable. I did learn how to layer spices and to use my nose more. I would recommend this course. We had a fun time as well.

My day learning about spices, cooking skills and recipes was a fantastic day out. We cooked six fantastic dishes in the day. Was so delighted to take such great food home to share with my family. Sharmini is very passionate to share her knowledge and is one of those people in life who has a beautiful soul and a joy to be around and learn from.

This was a great course to do; I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sharmini is a great and enthusiastic chef. The food we prepared was very tasty and enjoyed by all the family. I would highly recommend this course, whether you are a beginner or a keen cook as I am.

Really excellent. Sharmini and Helen run a great course. I cook a fair bit at home but have never done a cookery class before. They made it feel relaxed and very insightful. I picked up a lot of useful tips, tricks and advice. The best curry I've ever made and up there with the nicest I've ever had. Might have to go back and do a full day veg course soon. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
