Ignored queries about an appointment for two days on my journal, then tried to phone on two different numbers and got the automated run around and no help.I'm sure my benefits will be affected if I don't attend, but try explaining why you can't to no response or a machine

I don't like the fact I have to travel for around an hour on 2 busses each wsy, simply for a 5 minute session that could be done easily over the phone.
