Don't go to any one else.!! I was using a different company who were useless. Quality Bailiffs acted immediately. The court system is broken and slow but their lawyers stuck at my case like a terrier. Within an hour of my high court writ of possession landing in their email they had a bailiff serving the writ on mt nightmare tenant. The day of the eviction the bailiff was calm , we had to call the police but he was so professional. He looked after me and made sure I was safe before he left.Thank you for delivering the end to my nightmare tenant !!;

After having to drag a previous employer through an employment tribunal for failure to pay me my wages and furlough they claimed for me but couldn’t explained why those funds hadn’t reached me. I have to say Quality Bailiffs were so helpful and knowledgeable and the process of converting my ET award to a high court writ was straight forward and easy. I was kept informed and absolutely amazed when I promptly received a HCEO report saying the skanky scumbag debtor had paid in full on the bailiffs first visit. I also enjoyed reading the report that shows the various excuses and ways the debtor tired to weasel out of things like the day old dog puke they are; only to be outsmarted and outmatched by the knowledge and experience of the HCEO. I was sad the the baliffs didn’t get to smash in their doors and repossess all their stuff and then auction for peanuts - but after two years of fighting for justice it was a awesome, quick, easy and unexpected outcome that held the debtor accountable for everything and that allows me to move on cost free and finally receive what is rightfully mine. Can’t recommend enough.
