Excellent customer service. The driver was very helpful, friendly and polite. I used them for a trip to Southport with some members from a community group I run. Most members were over 75 yrs old and some had mobility problems etc and the driver was very patient. High recommend!!!!

Went to family wedding yesterday to Cheshire, having never used a minibus company before didn’t know what to expect, I was apprehensive. The service is second to none, the minibus arrived on time, clean the driver Adnan was very polite and respectful , would definitely recommend anyone needing a minibus to use these lot, highly professional

The coach turned up in good time, was spotless and comfortable. Our driver was unflappable despite real traffic problems around Headingley, with closed roads and almost standing traffic. He reassured us that he would get us to our destination and he did, returning again in good time to take us home. We had a brilliant evening and would not hesitate to use Falcon Travel again to get us to and from our venue.
