Bode Rooms

I had a great experience as a tenant for Bode Rooms. Great environment for working professionals who are still working from home as well as a lovely house with great finishes and all the things you need to call it your home! A massive en-suite , large double bed and tv in your room as well as spacious common areas which are also equipped with a communal working space ! Could not recommend it more !

For those seeking a hassle-free and comfortable rental experience. The property has everything you need during your stay. Richard, the landlord was very reliable and accommodating. He was very quick to fix any issues during my stay and made the process of moving in and out super easy.

My stay with Bode Rooms was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are perfectly set-up for working professionals and are of a very high standard. Richard is a brilliant landlord and quickly gets issues sorted. Couldn't recommend them more!

Richard was a great landlord who manages the property very well. This property is exclusively for young working professionals, which was a key reason for me in taking up the tenancy.

My experience with Bode Rooms was very positive. I was a tenant in 'The Norn Iron One' property in South Belfast, during which time Richard was very attentive throughout, through an initial video call, check-ins and overall management of the property. Also, his desire to improve properties and their management in the future was clear, through frequently asking my opinion on certain aspects of my tenancy. The room I stayed in, as well as the rest of the property, was of a very high standard throughout having been recently completely refurbished. This property is exclusively for young working professionals - a fundamental reason for me in taking up the tenancy.
