Penny is the best groomer in Maidenhead. We have been using her for a few years now and she always does such a fantastic job. She never lets us down and is always extremely professional, and I always get to have a nice chat with her too! She is lovely with the animals and is clearly a real animal lover. We have been using Paws At Penny's for the best part of eleven years. In that period our two dogs required very different grooming regimes. Penny had all the skills necessary for both. She's always very responsive to our wishes and doesn't insist, as so many groomers do, that there is only one way, only one look. We always look forward to picking up Tito and his new look, refreshed homecomings are always a happy day. Thank you Penny.

Penny was able to work with our rescue where 4 other groomers had no success. It was lovely how she came out to greet us and meet our dog and spend time discussing him.Penny has excellent dog energy and made him feel calm resulting in a successful groom .We are very grateful for her approach and looking forward to our next appointment

Very disappointed and upset. I took my 4 month old puppy for her first trim. The groomer was aware that this was her first exposure to a groomer. Instead of telling me that she was running late, she took my puppy, washed her and left her alone on a table, attached to a restrainer with the dryer blowing straight at my pup. I had decided to wait in the car and heard my puppy crying so I walked into the room to find my puppy highly distressed. Penny was not attending to her as she was busy with the previous dog. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Great service! Our pup came away clean, smelling great and with lovely trimmed nails. Although he is a boisterous youngster Penny made us feel welcome and convinced me he was very well behaved, despite all my doubts! No need to look further!

Penny has looked after my dogs for over 10 years ... she is quite simply, the best! I wouldn't take them anywhere else, they all love her and that is most important! You really cannot go wrong by choosing Penny to groom and look after your woofers!

Penny has been my dog groomer for over 33 years. I cannot fault her loyalty as she has never cancelled an appointment in all that time & all of my dogs have always been groomed excellently. Penny is wonderfully skilled with dogs & I have never had any hesitation in leaving them in her most capable hands.

Very disappointed with my second and last experience with the standard of grooming. Such a shame because the first visit was really good. Less than an hour from drop off to collection at £50 for a 'westie' cut left clipper tracks all over and 4/5 areas where deep chunks of fur was missing from her coat. My only consolation is that her fur will grow back eventually. Bad workmanship is plain to see and I will tell everone where it was done so others can avoid!
