First time getting from laze n relax Ltd but it definitely won't be the last. Chris explained what needed to be done to get the best results out of the hot tub. When it was being picked up he was so tidy at draining the water away. Wish everyone was like him. Thank you.

We booked the hot tub as a weekend treat and are so glad we did! From the first contact with Chris he talked me through what would suit us and how long would be best to get the most out of it.When Jerard delivered the hot tub he was so friendly and enthusiastic, he didn't rush, he showed us how to change the filter and set the timings, how to work the disco lights etc. Nothing was too much bother. Collection after was hassle free too! We have even booked our next time already! 10/10 for service!

Absolutely top class service. We have never hired a hot tub before. Wouldn't look elsewhere next time. Arrival and departure times maximised our usage. Friendly service. Excellent quality hot tub - not a mark on it and spotlessly clean. Couldn't recommend enough!

We have just spent 5 amazing days using a hot tub from this company. Communication was great from enquiry through to booking. On the day of arrival we got a message with a one hour window. We had added the decking and it was a great addition. The guys were very comprehensive on the care instructions which we followed, and we appreciated the extra filter and tabs to keep the tub safe and clean. Highly recommend these guys to anyone, clean, high quality tubs, and very professional from beginning to end. Thank you.

What a professional operation. From start to finish I have been delighted with the service from Laze n Relax. Our delivery was on time , great communication throughout and the member of staff could not have been more helpful . The Hot Tub was a huge hit too . Too quality and service . I couldn't recommend highly enough.
