From the day of my interview onwards I have never felt so valued and included. I've worked in the care sector for 16 years and have had varying bad treatment from many different companies - whether it be awful pay, treated like a machine or other carers not caring and management ignoring the problems and complaints. I DON'T GET THAT HERE and neither do the customers. Everyone is valued on their strengths, treated like actual people and not subordinates, and we work together as a real team. Communication is ongoing, even though we don't see each other sometimes from week to week. The training is the absolute best I've ever come across - so even if you know absolutely nothing to begin with you have a fantastic foundation to start. It is a new franchise, but the owners have chosen their Registered Manager and staff well and everyone is approachable - like friends. I see myself here for a very long time!

I started with Guardian Angel carers in 2023 following a recommendation from a good friend and this was the best decision I ever made.They are a very well organized who offer loads of support especially those who are new to care.
