Fixed my wife's laptop in a jiffy after I blew it up - so literally a life-saving service!!

Robin was of excellent help when we couldn't get a new PC working for our small business. He sorted the issue in hours and for an extremely reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Robin worked on 2 of my laptop's and has set everything up really well. He explained everything to me which was great. Great work and much appreciated.

Maintaining that 5 star status, he fixed my extremely complex issue that numerous degree-level Engineers couldn't fix... in what seemed like no time at all! Would 100% recommend to friends, family and everyone else.

I meant to post a review a few weeks ago but I've been so busy enjoying my 'new' laptop that I've been distracted. I have an old (8 years or so) laptop that was misbehaving: freezing, so SLOW... everything was taking forever and driving me mad. I phoned Robin after reading some reviews and he was amazing. Came and collected my laptop, he loaded Windows 10 which he said would fix most of my issues (which it has)... said that Norton anti-virus would slow everything down (which it did as I uninstalled it and now everything is working well). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robin. He has also given a friend of mine good advice over the phone and told me I can call him if I have any issues. When I'm ready to replace my laptop I'll be getting in touch with him. He returned my laptop within 48 hours, amazing service and very reasonable and fair price. I actually asked him if he was sure that he was charging me enough. Sorry it's taken me a while to write this Robin!

A fantastic service. I was unable to send emails and after a fruitless afternoon on hold and the phone with my service provider rang Robin at 4 pm on a Friday. Fast, efficient, competent and the issue resolved in 20 minutes. I cannot recommend Your Computer Tutor highly enough.

Excellent! I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service that Robin displayed throughout his visit to provide laptop support recently. His diagnostic skills gave clear and concise explanations of thecomputer problems I was having - he was able to promptly resolve the IT siituation that had bothered me for some time.My wife has since engaged Robin's support to address her computer problems - she similarly found Robin's support to be 100% excellent!
