Truly incompetent. Cannot process any order correctly, and their customer helplines are too inept to deal with any issues. 1.5 years of raising an issue, still awaiting resolution.

Parcel not left…sorry couldn’t deliver card left. Download app as requested that was an ordeal. Bar code not recognised. Went on website no telephone or contact details. How on earth is this company still trading? Cannot recommend. I will not use again.
