Excellent service and arrived slightly before ordered date. Quality wasn't as good as I hoped, however good enough for needed application. (I think this may be due to my fault not understanding which solution would provide the highest quality prints, perhaps a section of the site suggesting appropriate materials for certain applications might be sensible). They provided the prints / miniatures in an extremely impressive printed protective shell which was great.

I was pleased with the service. It was easy to upload. They contacted me to say that my designs had detail that was very small and would not come out well. They offered a full refund. I decided to go ahead and I was impressed with the results. In fact, I should have taken their email as a warning that my designs were too small (which they were - this was my fault), but they printed them very well. They came out as I'd expected and I was impressed.

Exceeded expectations again and again. 3D Print Direct is by far the best 3D printing company i have ever used. I recently ordered 57 parts using the 6 week order time and i have received them just 10 days later. Exceptional quality and flexible pricing options. Always quick to respond to any questions i have and to inform me of potential problems with my designs being to thin for the printers limitations.

Excellent customer service and help, from start to finish, for my 3D print project. I couldn't be more thrilled with the final result and they even threw in a key ring version too. I can highly recommend this company for your 3d printing projects!

I have just received my first printed parts and I'm very happy with the outcome. I haven't used this printing technology before but the Graphite SLS material has a very pleasing surface finish that has a random looking micro texture. Colour, weight, corners and edges, dimensions and squareness are all more than acceptable. And delivery was within the promised time frame. Strongly recommended.

Excellent customer service, high quality parts at a low price.I needed a few test prints to check the material properties (PA12) were right for my parts and Alexei gave me a detailed description of everything i needed to know before i ordered. They arrived within the time frame selected and are flawless.I look forward to ordering more in the near future.

Previously had these parts printed which didn't come out at the highest quality elsewhere. Came across you when someone posted on a forum I'm a member of and thought I would give it a shot! Must say, the quality of the print was great, the fit is perfect and they look like they will be more than up to the job.. Will be getting a couple of other bits done in future with you guys I think!Edit 2020: Bought a couple of the Covid Tools! Nicely put together and looking forward to using them :)

First part had an issue due to my model not being within the capabilities of the printer due to some print limitations I was not made aware of initially. Customer service (Samuel) was excellent with dealing with the issue, and told me exactly what I needed to do to make my part printable". After adjusting my model I was sent the replacement part within a matter of days free of charge and the print quality was very good. I'd give the overall experience (ease of ordering through the website/customer service/punctuality with deadlines) a 10/10. Print quality was very good but not perfect
