Sefton Pet Sitting

I can't recommend Emma highly enough. We used Sefton Pet Sitters for the first time recently when we went away on holiday. She is extremely trustworthy (very important when giving people access to your home when you are away), was very caring for our pet cat, and really easy to deal with. Such a kind, gentle lady. She even put our bins out for us while we were away, and offered to buy some food essentials (milk, bread etc.) for when we returned home.We will definitely be using Sefton Pet Sitters again! A first class service.

Can not recommend Emma enough, we will use her again and again before we ever use a cattery again. Wonderful professional service. Really cares for your cat and keeps you updated with lots of pics. My cats loved her company and were very happy when I came home compared to the usual upset when I collect them from a cattery. You will not find this level of service anywhere else, Emma even came to visit my cats twice before we went away, in her own time to make sure my cats were comfortable with her. Fantastic service by a lovely woman!

really good service - Emma got to know me and my cats before the first booking. As well as feeding them & doing the litter tray, Emma gives them lots of TLC and sends me photos every visit. Highly recommended. my life wouldn't work without her! plus, I know my cats are loved and cared for when I'm away

Emma is simply amazing, she cared so well for our cat Daisy whilst we went on holiday, I would highly recommend her. Emma came to visit Daisy twice before our holiday and then at each visit sent us pictures and videos with a lovely message about how she was doing. I was going on holiday for 3 weeks & was really worried about finding a suitable cat sitter . I did some research & based on her excellent reviews I chose Emma . I am so glad I did .Emma is very professional & a genuine animal lover . She came to meet me & my 2 cats . She brought them treats & built up a good relationship with them . She spent time talking & playing with them . It was so reassuring to leave my fur babies with someone who would care for them as if they were her own .While I was away I got daily updates about them , photos & video footage . She was also happy to feed the wildlife in my garden too .I can’t recommend Emma highly enough . I used her again for a week last month when I went on holiday . I had once again the high usual standard .My cats were happy & content at home . So thank you Emma for your fabulous service .I will definitely use you again in the near future.

A huge thank you for a professional service from Emma. She visited us twice before our holiday as one of our cats is nervous around strangers. She kept us up to date with our cats by sending photos and texts everyday. She is a very genuine caring animal lover. Would highly recommend. Thank you once again.

Emma is lovely, professional, and genuinely caring toward both her human and non-human clients. She generously administered insulin to our diabetic cat when his treatment changed just before my partner and I were going away. We also appreciated her daily updates (with pictures!) via email. Our cat Kevin seems to be a fan! Highly recommended.

Can't recommended Emma enough very professional and reliable! She came and visited Jax twice before we went away and took the time to get to know him and his personality you can tell Emma really cares about animals Jax adores her! While we was away Emma sent loads of photos and videos for reassurance which was lovely! Jax was so happy when we returned home and well cared for! Emma also took the bins out and got us in milk and left a lovely card for us! Emma also looked after Jax and our pet dog charlie for the day at short notice and came round to walk charlie before as he can be quite nervous around other people but he took to her and absolutely felt at ease! We will always use Emma now so glad we found her and can't recommend her enough! :)

We found Emma in a panic at late notice... but we're so glad we did. She was absolutely brilliant!She came to visit and was happy to do anything to make sure Peggy was comfortable with her. Her communication really couldn't be better... We knew every time she arrived at our house and got loads of photos and videos every day, with full updates on how Peggy was doing.Peggy clearly absolutely loved her time with Emma and all the attention she got. Emma went above and beyond... watering our plants, offering to pick up milk. I don't think we could have found a better person to look after Peg... and have already used again since... thanks Emma.

Emma was brilliant. Came twice per day for five days to feed and water our cat. She made a good fuss of her and sent us regular pictures. Made our holiday very relaxing knowing Tilly was looked after. Will use Emma again and highly recommend her services. Thank you.
