I booked my dog for a groom and this was cancelled 3 times by the owner. Unfortunately this lady asks for bank transfer payment in full in advance. I sent lots of messages asking for a refund and these were just ignored. I’ve been talking to fraud team at bank and unfortunately she’s spend my money and I cannot now get a refund. Just a warning...AVOID at all costs.

Jess is fantastic, really put my dog at ease and was fabulous with him, and he looked amazing after his cut and wash, smelled lovely too! 100% recommend thank you

Jessy has been grooming my cat for over a year now and I can't recommend her enough! Jessy does home visits for us and she's really reliable and so knowledgeable about animals, I often ask her advice on things and she's so helpful and always happy to help. My cat is really nervous and she's so lovely with him. I recommend Jessy all the time!
