Pretty average service! Unfortunately the guy that served me clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was more depressed walking out of the shop that when I entered cause the guy was so miserable. Simply put, if you dont want to be at work or dont enjoy it, dont work there. I hate being treated as an inconvience for simply wanting to have a chat & buy my vape stuff at the same time! Had a much better experience in the one in Falkirk!Great & competitive pricing! Got great deals on disposables & have fair prices on hardware.

Rude an dismissive, went in asking for a 3500 puff disposable and the only reply I got was illegal". I work in a vape shop and am very aware of the TPD regulations and know that there are 3500 puff devices which are completely LEGAL to sell. As a result I went to another shop and got a legal 3500 puff. I don't think they know what they're on about and I know they don't value customer service and satisfaction. AVOID!!!"

Good stock of items but didn't have what I was looking for

Was sold a vape that doesn't even open now... The battery screw and the chamber screw are in the same direction and it just doesn't work... I've filled it one time.. My hands literally have blisters trying to open this thing!! I'm getting really angry! I was limited to the 25 pound range but got pushed up to 30 pounds... To receive this... For MY BIRTHDAY!! I will be in ASAP! and I will be expecting some kind of compensation for this utter nonsense!
