So, my van was hit. Called there insurance company. They fired me into a puddle jumper, vehicle was not like for like. The van was taken to a body shop of there choosing, after a few days they called me and advised the garage would not repair my van as it had the kit on it and it had been coated. They offered me £3k to fix it myself. That would not even cover the cost of the painting. Spoke with Tam at Tlc body repairs. He swiftly put me intouch with accident solutions. I had my own personal contact that took the case on. I needed something with a tow bar to be able to take my race car down south. Next day 4x4 pickup dropped at my door. I know have my van back as it was before, over the moon with service. I don't often leave a review. But in honest truth. 6 hours of phone calls and 2 weeks of getting the run around by the 3rd party insurance company. One call to my case manager and that was it. Next call I got was your van is ready for collection sir. That is the service I wanted from the start. To sum this up, no fault claims come straight here and let the professionals sort it out for you.Thanks againSR
