It took multiple emails to confirm I was going to be taking place at an event, and then one working day before the working group was set to be taking place I was told I was not needed. Had I not continued to chase a response, I would have attended a working group not knowing any better and likely have been turned away at the door.My contact at Research House did not respond to emails, and when they finally did were abrupt and illiterate. I cannot recommend this company: I am very frustrated with how I was treated, and struggle to believe they offer a high quality service.Very disappointed.

Great location near oxford street station. Very good sound quality. Only drawback is that you have to walk four flights of stairs, and sometimes it can be hard for participants.

I visited here to participate in a customer survey, providing feedback on a new product (confidentiality agreement signed).The location was easy to find, the facilities excellent and the survey very interesting.Should you get the opportunity to participate in such an event I can recommend it.

I went for market research one evening. Staff there were friendly and welcoming, there was tea and coffee making facilities in the waiting area with biscuits.In the entrance hall were mints and small chocolate eggs.In the research we were provided with a selection of things to munch on... biscuits, fruit, pretzels, popcorn which was most welcome.

Worked at the Reserach House for three days straight. This facility is absolutely beautiful. Schlesinger has taken a brownstone and converted it into five lovely studios. Three of the five are spaceous though the viewing rooms are pretty tight, best to have 5 or 6 total in the backroom.The only downfall, it's a walkup. We were using the whole facility on two of the three days. Needless to say my Apple Health rings were filled each day!

I found their contact details via a friend. They were looking for people for a research project. It was a paid opportunity. I signed up and arranged a day for my session. I went there early in the morning. One person came and randomly picked up a few people. He sent the rest back offering a little bit of money. How ridiculous is that!
