Got to say really pleased with service.Called on off chance might be able to fit me in and Lydia in the office was friendly brilliant and managed to fit me in at the same time as myneighbour. SImon the sweep was lovely friendly and ultra helpful. Highly recommended

It was our first time using this company and it certainly will NOT be our last. The service was fantastic! I received a phone call prior as a reminder of the allotted time of arrival. The chimney sweep arrived on time (to the minute). The chimney sweep went above and beyond the call of duty and offered to fix the chimney flue connection. The fire cement had cracked and broken away and he very kindly repaired this free of charge for us!!Thank you Vacuum Chimney Sweep

Simon has been sweeping my chimneys for 16 years. He’s always really helpful, knowledgeable and never leaves a trace of his visit. He’s also a lovely lovely man who I consider now a friend too!!

First time using this business and was very impressed by the service they provided. Was also able to advise us on how to get the best usage out of our burner and were able to get a second sweep into the books then and there.

Thanks Simon and the team for an excellent experience from first enquiry through to the actual clean.We really appreciated your professional, super fast customer service, and thorough clean by Simon who clearly cares about customers having a good and safe time with their fires. We also enjoyed the friendly human approach. Who knew having your chimney swept could be so much fun?! Oh and all the smoke and smell has been fixed so BIG THANKS!Highly recommended. We will be booking Vacuumsweep again next year.

Vacuum sweep are super and one of the main reasons why is because of their administrator Lydia. Lydia managed my appointment from start to finish like a true professional. She even called the day before just to remind me they were committed to sweeping our chimney the next day. This was a courtesy I really appreciated, especially in an era where reliability is on the decline. So, if you want professionalism, a friendly experience and a reliable chimney sweep then look no further.

Just had Simon from Vacuum Sweep around to service my log burner on the recommendation of a friend. Not only has Simon done a first rate job he's also extremely knowledgeable and gave me loads of good tips on how to get the most out of the fire. I cannot rate Simon and Vacuum Sweep highly enough and I'll certainly be calling them again for my next service.
