Premier Inn Exeter City Centre hotel
Very nice stay. Clean and tidy. Good location, parking is a 3 min walk away (pay and display). Food for dinner and breakfast was very good. One special point...I've been to lots of premier inns but this one stood out for friendly staff. EVERY single member of staff we had contact with, from check in to restaurant staff to housekeeping was just so friendly and helpful. Top marks!

Good sized clean rooms. The breakfast (paid for) was good and hearty. No one answered the phone and it hung up when we rang to enquire about something on our way to the hotel. And there is no car park included, the nearest pay car park is quite a walk when you have heavy bags and it's raining.

Modern Premier Inn. You know what you are going to get. Day time bar staff, are friendly enough but desperately need more training in their range of snacks and drinks. Rooms clean and very comfy beds. Very close to the Cathedral and shops.

The room l stayed in was very basic. Paying £224, for 2 nights including breakfast, I was expecting the basics of shower cap, cup in the bathroom. Booking in Service was very slow at the reception but l was given a free drink for my patience. The breakfast is a buffet type with good options to choose from. You can eat as much as you like. It catered for both non vegetarians and vegetarians. Breakfast was only £1 for children. Location is 5 mins walk to central shopping centres and to significant sights. I believe it was quite pricey in comparison to similar accommodations. Wifi was not good.

Stayed here while visiting the University of Exeter. Met my expectations for a Premier Inn - clean, nice staff and great breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This was so tough to mark because..the staff are amazing and tbh I don’t think they paid enough to put up with the obvious lack of money that this hotel runs on. Hence, the four stars. They are clearly understaffed a lot of the time more than likely due to budget. They offer a turn down service if you are staying more than night. However, it never happened. Probably due again to lack of staff. There is always something out of the order, a lift, the vending machine, the check in computers. Numerous occasions I booked in for a breakfast only to be told that I hadn’t until they check the system which tells them the deal I was on did in fact have breakfast added. The rooms were always spotless. Yes it’s a budget hotel and yes the rooms were lovely and more than adequate. The reason for the four stars is they definitely make up for the cheap price in how much goes into the running of it. It’s definitely the labour and food that is scrimped on and sadly it does show. It’s the staff I feel sorry for because more often than not I think they tend to get the rough end of the stick.

The location was perfect for me as I was attending a court hearing and it is literally 100 metres from the court. Service was good and the rooms clean and pleasant. I was on the 4th floor and wasn't able to open the window. That is my one criticism. Having smaller opening parts on the window would avoid the need to keep it locked for safety and allow some fresh air in!

Breakfast was amazing , 2 kids free for each paying adult . Amazing choices,good variety,well replenished.We also had dinner and it was very good and very well priced.The team members were even asking everyone about allergies.Room clean and spacious.Would definitely be coming back soon.Thank you everyone

City center location. Car park a few minutes away. Room clean & comfortable. Lovely sleep.Breakfast was very nice & one of the better ones we have had.. Staff pleasent. Will definately be back when visiting our friends. Thank you.
