Working at Cedars Care Centre was a life-changing experience for me. They are a care home with a difference, equipped with quality staff, over 60 personnel, a quality standard, and a focus on human capital development, staff training, and upgrading.At Cedars, residents are well handled with respect and dignity. The active value of their care team's response is more than exceptional. They have a good team with a clear role and purpose, well-led, organised,and disciplined, supported by an enabling infrastructure. They are proactive in how they engage residents and their families. Resident persona care quality is 100%; they focus, and they don't joke with that.They gave me the courage, encouragement, and training that made me an NHS staff member today.Cedars is, if not the best, among other care homes in the UK. They don't compromise their standards, they don't compromise their quality, and they don't compromise resident wellbeing.

I am a second-year student nurse studying at the City University of London. I did my elective placement at this care home. I love it; it’s the best placement I’ve ever had. It was the first placement expecting me to come and knew my name, which made my day, and I knew I had made the right decision.I’ve been working with senior nurses with excellent experience caring for older people. The staff are caring and compassionate for residents and between themselves. They care about each other as if they are family members. There is excellent communication and respect between all staff and residents.All the staff took care of me, took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understood them. They made me feel confident and encouraged me to ask questions.I have enjoyed every aspect of this placement.Thank you so much to everyone for this quality time. I have been working at Cedars Care Home since 2015. It's a lovely place to work.At The Cedars you feel so at home and a good sense of wellbeing . We are supported in every way and thats what makes such a difference in our work place as we are united . Since I have been here I feel like I have another family and the residents all improve tremendously once they settle in .

I have worked at The Cedars for over 8 years. It is a wonderful home with a warm family atmosphere . The staff are great hardworking caring and work we all work as a team which is why The Cedars is the best place to bring your loved ones. The home itself is very clean no smell and well maintained. Residents are well looked after regarding personal care and food and drink and also do many daily activities and Outings weather permitting.The management are wonderful and supportive which is why this home is one family unit and a joy to work in
