Excellent service from Malcolm and the service team. Malcolm explained fully what had happened during the srvice and what had been replaced, recommendations and when the next service was due. Service carried out within the given timescale. I was telephoned to collect the car. Car had been fully valeted. Would definitely recommend.

I do find for what the service entails that it is rather expensive and that the Service Plan offers do not really save you a great deal of money. What was quite interesting is that I was charged for summer screen wash in the middle of winter and the fact that the bottle was actually full as I had filled it up two days earlier and had not used it. However, on the good side, the staff are always pleasant and efficient

I was surprised that the garage didn't have tyres for my vehicle, or that these couldn't have been sourced locally in Wolverhampton; the two front tyres were dangerous/illegal so I'd have preferred not to drive 20 miles home. It was a shame there was no tea/coffee on offer but I assume that's related to covid precautions. Covid precautions were very good. Although not a big deal, the receptionist was somewhat sterner than I would have expected!

Terrible experience, bought a smart car from them in February. Car is faulty, with electronics not working, it broke down after only one month. They don't want to take it back, nor to fix it, whilst the car still under guaranty. I would not recommend this dealer, as they are not professional at all, and dont care at all about their customer once the car is sold.Still waiting for you to pick up the car, after having to sell it back to you for less than I bought it, despite having it for less than 3 months and having reported the issue after roughly a month... not too sure what you mean by offering an opportunity to turn my experience around...

Enquired about a used vehicle, was told that they would be in touch. Never received a call back, bought a car else where. Don't waste your time with these guys!
