A great company to do business with. The team are helpful, friendly and will happily go the extra mile. Max at the company even pops in every so often just to check how things are going and to see if the machine is running smoothly. The very few issues we have had have been dealt with very quickly.

I have found them very easy to work with - they do what they say they will do, explain things in a user-friendly way and are prompt to answer queries/address minor maintenance issues. We moved to Clarity 7 years ago and Simon Tomkins supplied us with a competitively priced new copier and service agreement. They have always been eager to please, efficient and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them. When we needed an additional copier during an educational inspection, Simon leant us one free of charge for the week - not many companies would have done that!

The staff at Clarity have installed and maintain our printers at our coworking space in Brighton. Their staff go above and beyond to help us and are always so friendly when doing so. They take the time to explain what needs doing, call every company we use to assist us with our IT (even though that isn’t in their duty to do so) and they stay until the job is done, no matter whether they should've finished earlier or not.It's a pleasure working with Clarity and we couldn't recommend them more highly.
