Called this pharmacy from Northern Ireland as our daughter who studies at Marjon had run out of Creon. Having cystic fibrosis, this enables her to digest food. Rob was extremely helpful and assisted us and her and ordered more as it was in very short supply.Thank you for caring. There were many we'd called before this Boots who didn't care at all!

Last Wednesday we went to Boots Pharmacy Crown Hill, to ask for advice, and pick up a prescription. The girl behind the desk recomended that my friend with Excema saw a dermatologist. His skin was flaring up. It would have taken to long to see his doctor , so we went to A& E at Derriford. It was a good job that we did. his blood pressure was sky high. And excema was gettimng much worse. So he has been put on a combination or steroid creams and tablets. He has had Sepsis before from the same symptoms. So you proberbly stopped it getting to much more serious than what it all ready is. Thanks very much. Your and Angel

Nice staff but understaffed taken over a week from putting my repeat prescription in with my doctor to getting medication , no call from boots husband had to go in to query it

always messing up perscriptions never seem to have the stock always short staffed and close when they feel like it. If you need your medication to be fluent then get your perscriptions sent to a more competent chemist.

I use this Pharmacy to collect my repeat prescriptions which is a service on offer, for free, via Boots and my GP Surgery and to buy make up, toiletries and over the counter medicines. Under very stressful conditions during Covid the staff have worked extremely hard and are always pleasant and helpful.

I don't recommend them. At all. Say they have to have 10 days notice for them to get the stock in. Not appreciating that some medication can't be ordered that far in advance. They make it seem as if there is a shortage. And you need to have an eventual text from them (which you read with your dying breath). Unhelpful. Lacking empathy. And understanding. Went to Honicknowle pharmacy and got my medication without fuss, without a wait and a smile. I recommend them!

Forced to use these since my pharmacy shut.... always minimum 10 in que, they never answer the phone!!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
