Great meal here, fancied the kids scampi but an adult portion, which was no trouble. Fresh proper scampi rather than the usual frozen frozen stuff. Great meals

Happy to give the place 5 stars. Really nice set dinner menu. £20.95 for 2 courses and £23.95 for three. Pizza dishes also available and looked really good. I had the chicken liver and Harris Gin Pate with plum jam to start and it was excellent. My friend had the scallops and black pudding, tasted great! The lamb burger with sweet potato fries was also superbly tasty with a firm bun and crisp fries. Chocolate brownie desert topped it off. The staff where friendly and efficient and it was great to watch the staff working hard in the kitchen. I'll be back for the pizza as they looked good!

Was at a wedding last night in stornoway town hall and food was provided by the lido the ham hock pizza was out of this world totally amazing all off the food look and tasted amazing. My advice if you are ever in stornoway go the the lido bistros you will not be disappointed for not being open for 2 years they have deffinetly got it right well done guys foods amazing

Pizza was fantastic! Wine by the glass not so much. If your dinning alone buy the bottle and take it home with you.

Food great, except pork loin which was tough. Service exceedingly slow, especially for the sweet which took more than half an hour to come. My Canadian friend was losing the will to live. Over two hours to eat is ridiculous.

Most expensive can of coke I've had to pay for, hand made pizza with a rolling pin, pulled ham hock was plastic ham and a delicious looking side salad with a great big hair on it.... No sorry till the very end when we had 10% knocked off the bill.....poor quality food and not the best service. Will not be going again.

A lot of things were off the menu after the festival and I'm sure the ingredients for pizza can't be too hard to source but the food I had was really good. The opening times are all over the place I saw 3 different times and one toilet was out of order but didn't say there was another which nearly had people walking back out. Overall could do better on the running of the place but I will certainly give it another chance based on the excellent food.

Loved the food here. It's tough to get a table because they're all reserved, but I was able to sit at the bar. Will definitely go back if im ever in the area again

Just had a very good pizza at the Lido. Staff was very friendly. We wanted to come back in Saturday but they are closed due to a wedding.We can highly reccommend this place.
