was doing lessons with Carol on and off for a year, i ended up booking an intensive crash course and passed first time which i never thought would happen! Carol is an amazing instructor and I will miss our lessons, thank you so much xx

I finally passed my test today and I couldn’t have done it without Carol. She was so patient with me but got me told when I needed to. I highly recommend passfast to anyone

I booked an intensive course for my 3 children with Passfast. Jim was very polite and helpful during booking, he managed to book the dates which suited my children. Carol is an amazing instructor, with great experience, all my children passed at first time.I am very thankful to Carol picking and drop at railway station. My child paid for his trial lesson went ahead no issues carol was a very patient and helpful instructor and my child could not fault her at all!!However, after contacting the owner of passfast with the number provided on Google I was met with hostility, rudeness and extremely disrespectful behaviour from him, he questioned why I was calling to enquire about lessons and block etc and not my child at this point I was shocked that his tone was not okay I then asked him to let me ask a question instead of constantly talking over me to which he then aggressively said your child is not getting the 4 hour lesson I have already told him this I tried to explain that it would be a block intensive course I would be paying for to which he then said why are you calling and not you child I replied as I was paying for it I wanted to know how this worked he then again was condescending and rude and said he’s getting a refund that’s that and hung upI as a business owner record all calls which means I have this conversation recorded. I have never EVER been met with this behaviour from an owner who is contacted about bookings I would never dream on talking to a client in this way no matter what couldn’t fault the instructor but the owner needs some serious customer service teaching

Massive thanks to Jim for managing to get me a driving test quicker than ever and sorting out my 14hours intensive course so quickly and efficiently! I failed multiple times in an automatic with different instructors(Mostly down to anxiety on test day). First time using pass fast and had 14hours with carol and passed manual first time with just a few minors. It’s the most calmest I have been on test day and I know that was definitely down to how much Carol made you feel at ease! Would highly recommend Carol she is brilliant, professional and makes you feel at ease. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. 10/10 for service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My instructor was Carol and she was great, I managed to pass my test first time with one minor after taking a refresher course. She made learning to drive again very easy and enjoyable! As well as this the course was very easy to book and I had great service from the company.

My instructor Carol was brilliant, she is lovely and has a great sense of humour, and I will really miss our lessons. Thank you so much for teaching me, you made it so enjoyable and helped me to pass my test first time with a clean sheet.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Passed first time with an 18 hour intensive course. Carol was brilliant and improved my driving massively. The whole process was also really easy and efficient. A super driving school!

All 5 Stars go straight to Patricia…She deserves more…She was absolutely amazing as a driving instructor.So, so professional, and just outstanding overall.Patricia was warm, friendly and so comfortable to be around, whilst being so particular to small detail and corrections made which made the lessons a joy.After passing first time, my daughter said she was going to miss Patricia and even asked if there was anything she could do extra that would involve her having to take more lessons, just so it was Patricia taking her out.She was always on time, and worked very hard, as much as she could around my daughters Full Time work schedule.Rarely write reviews, but cannot recommend Patricia highly enough and give her all the credit for my daughter Holly’s success with her test first time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So grateful.
