Absolute waste of time arranged to install scaffolding on one of our sites, didn't erect or turn up on site made all the excuses under sun promised to rearrange for the following week and still didn't bother to turn up i have made alternative arrangements since , Don't waste your time, call another company

Apex Scaffolding U.K. Ltd are working on the property next to mine, one of the lads starting stomping on our flat roof where I have my sick father in a hospital bed underneath. I opened the window upstairs to see this lad walking over our flat roof, when he saw me he walked off, so I shouted out not to walk on our roof as I have a sick father sleeping underneath, the other man who I was looking at whilst saying it said well it wasn't me, the lad came back ( wouldn't look at me) I shouted out again not to walk on our flat roof to which he replied 'I heard you alright' . At this point if I would have had an apology I would have left it but no. I walked outside to the company vehicle to see which company is was plus the phone number, I called the number on the side of the company vehicle, the person sounded as though they were on site and was hesitant to confirm that it was Apex I was speaking to, he claimed he lent his company vehicle to someone else and the workers weren't his. He said he would call them, still no apology however, strange as you would think if workers were representing your company name had upset someone you would apologise. I strongly suspect the person I spoke to on the phone was on site next door and he hadn't in fact lent his company vehicle out. Employ their services if you wish your neighbours to be verbally abused.

Doesn’t look after his lads , pays them cash and doesn’t give them holidays
