Bought two matching jackets, for my 2 and 5 year old boys. Within 2 weeks where the hood is clipped onto the jacket ,it completely ripped out of the jacket and left a hole, I took it back to the Middlesbrough store, where the staff seemed to help, although they didn't seem to know my consumer rights, and promised when the manager was back the next day that they would get it sorted. STILL NO CALL OR COMMUNICATION. this was august. Since then The coat that ripped is in the bin. And my other sons coat is also joining it in the bin as it has done the same where the hood rips the clip out of the coat. A CHOCKING HAZARD FOR A 2 YEAR OLD BY THE WAY. So whatever you do don't think you are getting a good deal as you will have to buy again within two months and be fobbed off by their' team. And if not for cost don't let your 2 year old wear! Seat

The store manager in Middlesbrough is amazing. 5 of us went in today to buy ski clothing. He was so helpful and went out of his to make sure we got what we needed. All of us left fully equipped and ready for the slopes. Thank you

Young girl on till was very rude today, rolled her eyes at my partner as he went to the counter to be served, rolling her eyes at him and not giving him the time of day, don't know how she has a job, wouldn't be surprised if she was being racist either.

Great deals at the moment and the staff in there are really friendly and helpfull.

The young man who assisted with our purchases was very knowledgeable and offered advice so that we could make informed decisions. His guidance and professionalism were very much appreciated.
