Vale Motors - Abarth, Fiat, Isuzu, Jeep & Suzuki

Took my Jeep Cherokee from Yeovil to Vale Motors for a suspected TPMS fault after a local tyre specialist failed to find the problem. They found the tyres under inflated, did a test drive and all fine.all this for no charge. What excellent customer service!

I'd recommend Vale Motors to anyone because they had the particular vehicle that we were looking for at a reasonable price. The salesman was courteous and informative without being pushy or officious. He was able to answer all of our questions and allowed us to make a decision in our own time.

Needed a vehicle, i asked the sales team manager to keep an eye out for my requirements , he found exactly what I was looking for we have done a very fair part ex I have the new to me vehicle. Very positive experience buying our pre-loved Suzuki Jimny at Vale Motors. Scott Griffin went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through smoothly, even collecting us from the local station. The car was handed over in fantastic condition and at a very reasonable price, and the tin of local biscuits was a nice touch! Would definitely buy from them again.

The quality of a business is often best found when it meets a problem. My Fiat 595 experienced a problem when being serviced, this was handled extremely well and was resolved. Around six weeks later as a result of the Service another issue occurred that left the 595 on the side of a dual carriageway on a busy Sunday afternoon, the inconvenience was dealt with by Abarth recovery... however the really amazing thing happened the next day, I contacted Vale's service department, the response was immediate and owning of the issue, it was complex as the vehicle was now in Derbyshire away from home and sought of stranded at our friends house. Vale fully owned the issue"

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a fellow fishing fan and impressed that he took the time to talk and engage with my wife and not just me.
