Amazing Customer service. My tyre had deflated and I had been unable to sort at two petrol stations. Even though Kwik Fit was closed I was seen looking and help given. Tyre sorted. Thank you so much.

I was happy to begin with but now i feel cheated and ripped off! I booked my vehicle in for the tracking and balance of the tyres to be rectified after another company made more of an issue. I ended paying over £230+ because it was recommended that i have the lane assist recalibrating so that my insurance wouldn't be void!! The steering wheel is still slightly off centre and the balance has not even been done!Kwik fit I did as you asked in your response and nothing so even more disappointed

Took my car to the garage this morning because it was making a weird noise when I reversed. The staff here were so helpful and quick to fix my car! I’m so so grateful to them. Over the years I’ve been to a few garages in Nottingham, but this is definitely my favourite!

Had an appointment to check what parts I would need with regarding pads and sensors. Was planning of returning the following week for parts to be replaced, however, thankfully the parts arrived the same day, so the garage contacted me saying they had space available for me to return the same day. Saved a lot of hassle. They was also professional and very helpful

Not left a review on here before for Kwik Fit at Long Eaton, but I have been a regular customer since the branch was known as Charlie Brown's many years ago. I have to say that Steve and his team have always offered a top class service in terms of workmanship and customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are very good at fitting you in at short notice if you have an emergency. Couldn't ask for more.

Visited today due to being out of the area for me. I had rang them prior and explained I was far from home but was completely desperate to get my tyre done today. The customer service was fantastic, and they got me sorted within the hour. Price wise , they were a lot cheaper than expected and a lot cheaper than what I was quoted by Halfords.

Steve and his team are absolutely wonderful. Having used their services for over 5 years, I simply won’t go to another garage. Discovered a slow puncture recently and as always their customer service is second to none. Thank you all !

I've been using kwik fit long eaton for many years now and have full confidence in the lads that work there. Steve is an absolute credit to kwik fit and is always honest, polite and helpful. Honesty is important as many people don't know about cars and sadly some garages make up problems to get money coming in. I have no worries that this would happen which is great.
