Rented an EFCO Tuareg earlier this year to deal with paddock (3 acres) grass maintenance. James Holden was very helpful in renting (sort of trial) a Tuareg and subsequently in supplying an end of season machine for purchase. He fabricated a ball tow hitch as an extra – very neat and sturdy.Excellent customer service and value for money – very impressed, will certainly be a repeat customer.

Holden garden machinery came to the rescue and helped us out at short notice. Delivered 2 machines on time with great instructions from James the delivery driver. Great customer service. I enquired about a ride on brush cutter on Saturday 24th August. They had sold the last one but said they would contact the supplier first thing Tuesday morning as Monday was a bank holiday. I was called as promised by 10am on the Tuesday to let me know the supplier had 2 left in stock so I ordered one. The machine was then delivered to me the very next day and the friendly delivery guy (Nigel) gave me a demo and tutorial on how to operate the machine. So few companies provide this level of service these days. Well done Holden's, keep up the good work.

I would heartily recommend Holdens. They will give you sound advice, supply your garden machinery at competitive prices, deliver promptly, and offer reliable servicing. In fact, last time my ride-on mower came back from being serviced, I had to check they'd sent the right one back, it was spotlessly clean - I thought I'd had a new machine! Thanks James and team.

Popped down when my Honda 536 jammed up. I was expecting to leave it there several weeks but he found the stone jammed in the gearbox and sorted me there and then.Thank you so much. Its such a nice surprise to get excellent service nowadays.

From dealing with James Holden over the last 3 weeks I can say I am totally impressed. Proper old school customer service.
