Huge thumbs up for Alex and his team from PCCOM for a fabulous clean and an impressive turnaround in very difficult circumstances. PCCOM cleaned a complex estate made up block paving for a high footfall area as well as the rendered painted exteriors of assorted flats and houses with an array of difficult-to-access areas as well as some fairly challenging personalities amongst the residents (combination of owner occupiers and tenants). Alex was consistently a pleasure to deal with - exceptionally courteous and professional, extremely prompt to reply, very proactive and kept me up-to-date with every aspect of the process. Our estate has gone from looking shabby and run down to sparkly clean in just a few days without the need for expensive and cumbersome scaffolding. We thought we would need to repaint the whole area but this softwashing process has restored it to its former condition and looks like it had been freshly painted. Big thank you to Alex and his hard-working team. I highly recommend them.

We used PC Coms to clean the front of our 1930s art deco flat block in Hove. Alex and the team couldn't have been lovelier; so polite and worked to such a high standard. Alex even filmed their work as they went along, which was so helpful in terms of keeping all the various flats aware of the work and their progress.They were a dream and we're thrilled with the results, the flats look a million times better and it's something we'll be looking to do on a much more regular basis.Thank you!

Hi, We had our roof tiles cleaned and soft washed, also our gutters cleared. Roof tiles look brand new again and has really smartened the appearance of the front of the house. 5 year warranty.Very nice, professional people. Efficient, tidy , polite. Alex, plus his team – Reda & Scott – worked extremely hard cleaning and soft-washing our roof. They also cleaned the soffits, fascias, gutters, downpipes, walls, cladding, conservatory and drains. In short, this was a complete clean of the exterior of the property.Alex, Reda and Scott arrived very early each day, in their company vehicle, to ensure they started exactly on time, and they were very professional in their approach. They were also smartly attired in company uniforms. They worked hard without breaks, and were polite, friendly and courteous. It was actually a pleasure having them here!Nothing was too much trouble - and the moss, mess and other debris from the roof was completely cleared up, leaving the garden and patio areas clean and tidy.The work was done to a very high standard, and we were kept fully informed at every step of the procedure by short videos of the work, in which Alex explained exactly what was going on. I felt completely confident throughout and am very happy to recommend this company to anyone requiring a similar service.

I can’t recommend Alex and his team highly enough. The results are fantastic. Our side passageway way silted up with layers of bird poo which had cemented. Where our Karcher struggled, his power wash prevailed. They have cleaned and sanitised it beyond our expectations. They are also really professional, lovely to deal with, very reasonably priced and have gone above and beyond to help us out.
