Highly recommended! Food is amazing. Owner is always friendly and very helpful. You really do have to go try it for yourself please. I am a very fussy eater but definitely recommended here.

I always walk past this restaurant and notice its quiet which is a plus for me. Food is very tasty but service needs improving fast. I asked for a half a chicken meal but was never asked which flavour or level of heat. Might have been a tough day on the server but I felt an hostile feeling towards me.

Absolutely incredible food. The peri sauce is one of the most delicious things I have tasted. The chicken was succulent and moist and gorgeous. I had half a chicken hot and 6 buffalo wings. My partner in crime that evening had a chicken wrap and 2 pieces of fried chicken and that was delicious too. The fries were lovely and crunchy and even the salad was spot on. The people there was lovely and friendly too.Brilliant food. Better than Nando's by a million miles. Shame there isn't a Superios closer to where I live. I will be visiting again.

This is the last straw. Place used to be clean and good was great. Now food is average and cleanliness looks drab. BUT what made me give one stars saw an old man probs store owner or relative of owner sitting ON TOP of the Fanta can create using it as a chair. That's DISGUSTING.

Avoid. Poor customer service. I had missing items from my delivery order. I even mentioned this to the driver at the time of delivery but the driver apparently didn’t know anything. I contacted this mobile number (listed as the contact number for the restaurant) and was told someone from the restaurant would call me. No one did. No attempt was made to correct the order, instead I felt like I was going round in circles contacting this mobile number. Then by the time I sat down to eat whatever was delivered, everything was stone cold anyway so was a complete waste of time. I also don’t understand why the listed number is for a mobile rather than for a direct number to the restaurant!

Went here with some pals of mine, I had a chicken burger and some chips and they were sound. My pal Louie had some nuggets and they were grim mate, felt like dog food mate id was VILE. Other than that it was sound yeh

Ordered a falafel wrap....tontake away....got straight on a bus home....as I bit into the wrap the falafel where warm on the outside and cold in the center, way to much mayo (wasn't even asked if I eat mayo) and salad consisted of just lettuce....for 3.99 wasn't worth it.

An absolutely wonderful chicken shop and a veritable Bristol institution, given its long years of public service to people waiting for Megabuses. The food is incredible: crispy chicken, crunchy fries, lots of menu variety and generous portions. The service is absolutely above and beyond. When we were eating, we dropped some chips: the manager saw this, and immediately had made for us another fresh portion! It's beyond a doubt that this is a mandatory stop on any night out nearby, but honestly if you live nearby it's worth a special trip, too.
