After looking for 2 years for a Mother of the Bride outfit buying and trying on from numerous online retailers and department stores i finally found this little hidden gem I had no idea what i wanted but Deborah knew straight away what would suit me After trying on my chosen dress i looked like a sack of potatoes in it so Deborah suggested something id never dream of trying and ....it was perfect This lady is down to earth extremely welcoming and friendly and didnt push me to buy anything just let me choose at my leisure I would highly recommend Chequers Boutique to anyone wanting that special outfit you will definitely be in good hands here

After seeing Chequers Boutique at a wedding fair I booked an appointment to try some shoes on at the boutique. Beforehand I emailed the styles of shoes that I liked. The owner and her daughter were very helpful and made me feel relaxed. They helped me to find a pair of shoes that met my requirements.I got married a few weeks ago and the shoes were very comfortable.Thanks very much to Chequers Boutique. I would recommend them to others.

After a frantic search, after an unsuccessful and unpleasant attempt to find a mother of the bride outfit at Mollie Brown's I stumbled across this fantastic boutique. From the outset it was a lovely experience, I am a larger lady and the staff at the previous establishment had been snobby and put me down for my size. The lady who runs it was friendly, reassuring and non judgemental and had an impressive knowledge of what would look good. There was no hard sell, just a fantastic experience I would recommend to friends without any hesitation
