I went here to have a US passport photo taken and it was the best experience I've had. I was in a rush and Kristy got it done super quickly while also being friendly. She made sure I was happy with the photo and went out of her way to make my experience positive. Excellent service!

Over £20 for one average sized bag of washing and drying! Took 2 days to get it back.. And then my jumpers had an unclean smell when they were returned. Pretty unhappy experience.

They didn't tell me I shouldn't bring lights and darks in the same bag. It was written on their own bags but I brought my own. Beige pants and shirt both stained blue. Other than their mistake in not warning me they have good service. Even tried to clean my stained clothes for free (didn't work though).

Horrible horrible horrible service. I came in to process TWO rolls of film and they promised it would come in about 2 weeks. They charged £15.5 PER roll just to process the film and as a beginner in film photography I didn't realise how expensive it was. I at least expected a two weeks delivery for that expensive charge as promised. What's unacceptable is it's already been A WHOLE MONTH and my film isn't yet ready!! Mind you it is only 2 rolls! Don't expect them to ever answer your calls as I called so many times to no avail. Came into the shop a few times and the shop was always EMPTY with no employees. Had to wait for so long for the employee to appear in their own shop the other day. And then I was told my film JUST arrived at the factory 3 WEEKS AFTER I ordered for it to be processed. Now it's been a month and still no updates. So so frustrated.

Went there to take some passport pictures. The service provided by lady Kristy was really really good. She was very polite and outgoing. Fast and reliable for any kinds of picture taken and reasonable priced. One thing to note is that the place does not have air-conditioning. It was really hot outdoors but indoors felt twice as much. You shouldn't keep your staff working in that much heat without providing them with an air-condition.

Had a dress emergency and needed it pressing on the same day , it was finished by lunchtime after I brought it in at 8:30… really pleased that they made time to fit it in for me and the result is great! Thank you so much !

Took 2 coats to get dry cleaned, but one was a furry coat that just needed dry cleaned, and the other was a suede coat that had a mark on it. Was told it would cost 20 pounds which seem reasonable price compared to the other shops but was also told because it is suede it may not take it out so decided to take them both back home and give them a wash because did not want to spend money and then not get a good result but the staff was very friendly and helpful and shop is very easy to find.

Misplaced ticket found yesterday in pocket of my boss ,dry cleaning consisted of top class t-shirts,holiday evening shirts,expensive jeans all French tailored.cost substantial,went to cross street this morning with ticket from nov 22 lady by the name Clare went beyond call of duty ,basically but found all twelve items big shout for Clare as my boss thought he had lost them at airport returning from Bahamas all his favourite holiday clothes gave me 250 pounds Tenerife here I come thanks clare

Wanted to say a big thank you to Kristy! In addition to being really nice to chat to, she's still getting trained up, and yet she did a great job with my (fairly difficult!) dry cleaning request: a valuable custom jacket with no care label. She treated it dry-clean only, it looks perfect, and she even finished the job three days early. Very happy

Took a Blazer for a dry cleaning. The first time that I went to collect it, the person working there couldn't find it so she ask me to come to collect it another day. I went 3 days later and the blazer had the exact same stains like it hasn't been cleaned so the woman working there told me that they could try clean it again". I went to collect it 2 days ago and the blazer looked more cleaning
