For the most part, i do not leave reviews. However, on this occasion, I feel the need. Six weeks ago, I could not hobble 300 yards. A course of shockwave treatment coupled with simple home based exercise , assessed by a highly personable and professional practitioner (joanna), and i can now take my four-legged friend for a reasonable stroll. Pain-free days have now returned as has a tangible difference in my emotional health

I Highly recommend Cram Osteopaths. I found Cram Osteopaths using a Google search and it was everything and more that was recommended. Sensible straightforward precautions in place to prevent the spread of the virus including forehead temperature check. Joanna was on time even though she had another appointment before me. Friendly and charming from the beginning, she took my details and understand straight away what I needed. As I’ve a tendency to high blood pressure she took that straight away. I was very pleased with this as services in the health service for this are limited at the moment.I have been to other Osteopaths so I know what to expect but be reassured the treatment is very gentle more like a massage than manipulation. But very effective. I felt more in line and walked a lot better when I left.A follow up email and confirmation of my next appointment was in my in box within 2hours. Explained in easy to understand terms the reasons behind my issues and what treatment program would be required. Gave both verbal and visual explanations as to why I was in pain and explained what to expect when doing hands on treatment on the day of my consultation and assessment.
