Excellent service, Miss Knights negotiated full asking price with first viewer and prior to photos and specification being actioned. She had listened to her buyers and understood what they were looking for . The whole process was seamless together with Tom Weaver at Countrywide Conveyancing. Both kept us fully informed through to exchange. Would definitely recommend their care and service

We were attempting to buy a property listed through bairstow eves. We’re really grateful for the personal touch from Nick and Jordan. Nick went out of his way to make the sale with a tricky vendor and succeeded. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be and we have since found another property but we were impressed by the professionalism and care towards us not letting us spend money unnecessarily and keeping us updated with realistic and sound advice. Recently sold a property through Barstow eves which we also purchased through approximately year and half prior at the witham branch. We had a great experience through these guys throughout the purchase and selling process.Jordan and Nick are the primary contacts I delt with. Cannot fault there customer service and efficiency during the process.We would certainly recommend using Nick and Jordan again in a Future exchange if we were to return to witham.
