Lotus Traditional Thai Massage Manchester

Needed a massage really badly and booked the deep tissue massage. Was able to go on the same day and it was better than i was hoping for. Always have trouble finding someone who puts enough pressure on, and this massage was incredible! Really painful - but for me that's a must and i could just tell the masseuse to ease the pressure if it's too much. Loved it!

Absolutely amazing service, the staff are professional and polite and take amazing care will all their clients. This will have to be my go-to Thai massage spa in Manchester worth the money and time. A definite must visit and the best Thai massage in Manchester by far!

I booked my partner in for a back massage (£30) and we are disgusted by the service, laughed it off but it shouldn't have happened. Firstly, the receptionist overcharged us by £20 and denied its a £30 service - the masseuse kindly gave back the £20 later. Thinking it will be a relaxing experience, the masseuse kept talking the entire time and trying to upsell to a 'full body massage'. She was describing what the full body covers and said it also can include a 'willy' massage... think the website forgets to mention that they offer some kind of secret extra services.We had a couples massage in the past here, my partner got his bum massaged & I didn't have that area touched despite getting the same massage, but didn't think much of it at the time. It seems like once they have a man in a room on their own, they take advantage and think they can offer something illegal and not be outed. Overall, such a shame - disappointing and a waste of money.

It’s one of the best places for a massage in the Ancoats area. Definitely the one with the best ambiance and professionalism.The rooms are cozy, the massage tables are comfortable and sturdy, and the perfect music was playing at just the right volume. Also, I loved how plush the carpets were and the blankets/towels used were soooo SOFT! This is the first place that has really focused on the details.I got a massage from June who was super lovely and attentive. Really great technique that was both therapeutic and relaxing at the same time! I felt super pampered and taken care of! And my bad back feels sore from the deep tissue massage, but in a good way! I can tell that it’s a lot less tight and I’ll be feeling a lot of relief later.Thank you!

I just want to firstly say thank you for such a brilliant experience! I visited today with my husband. Neither of us have had a Thai massage before, but we made a spontaneous decision to come today as we're both active people and were feeling quite stiff/sore, so were looking for a massage experience that would really help.Well, we found it! The whole experience was fantastic: kind, caring staff, beautiful facilities, a lovely warm room, gentle music, and a totally mind blowing massage!!There was a bit when my masseuse was gliding her elbows between my shoulder blades and it felt so incredible I could have cried lol. We're definitely going to make it a regular thing because it's made such a difference for both of us.I particularly loved the combination of gentle stretching and more intense, pressure point massage. There was lots of variety between hard and soft pressure and I feel like it's exactly what I needed. It wasn't just a nice soothing massage, it felt really intentional and restorative and we both felt like we had brand new bodies afterwards.My masseuse spent a lot of time on my shoulders, neck and upper back (where I have lots of knots/tension) and my husband's spent lots of time on his lower back and calves (which were sore from football). It's so cool how they can obviously tell what your body needs and adapt the experience accordingly.10/10 - can't wait to go again!

I have visited a few massage venues in the past and I had a fantastic session with Pear. She worked the knots and tight spots in my back which I didn't think were there. I got the feeling she had actual training and knew what to do. Would go back again.

Great relaxing atmosphere, clean friendly place. Highly recommend.Update 15/09/23I've booked massage for me and my daughter (12) to have relaxing evening. We had massages before so we looked forward to it, unfortunately this time we were disappointed a little bit.My masseuse spent most of the session walking around, and in and out the room. I didn't have a relaxing experience. My daughter said that too. She had aromatherapy without the aromatherapy. I don't think I'll be back after this experience; really disappointed.
