I’ve been training with Mo for around three years. He has taken the time to get to know me personally, my strengths and weaknesses and devises my workouts to be both challenging and varied, pushing me to the edge of my comfort limits and encouraging me to go beyond. Mo’s happy to take the time to answer my constant questions and explain the benefits and of the exercises, helping me to understand where I can improve. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mo.

I've been training with Mo for the past eight months. When I first started, my fitness level was very low, but Mo quickly knew my limits and how to push me beyond them.Mo has an intuitive understanding of motivation. Great PT experience! I struggle to keep focused when training on my own and stick to my goals, this is why I decided to invest into personal training. I have been working with Mo over the past few months. Mo is very patient and is very good at motivating his clients. Would highly recommend him as a personal trainer! Mo runs many different gym classes, therefore he has extensive knowledge in many different sporting activities. Love the extra boxing classes and pad work, my favorite!

I have known Mo for a few years, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Mo shows you how to perform each exercise correctly and this is utmost important to me, as I have several injuries that I need to be mindful not to aggravate further. As a PT he is great at pushing you when you need the motivation! I am seeing great results and getting stronger and due to Mo’s knowledge, I have been able to carry on training even with my current arm injuries. Absolutely worth the investment of both time and money.

I been training with Mo for several years now and totally feel he has had very positive effects on me. Various so called fitness experts told me I was too old to learn boxing/kickboxing but Mo believed in me. Although I am still a rookie at boxing/kickboxing Mo has never given up on me and in fact I learned so much information on both boxing and other fitness related topics. Mo always shows an interest in me and how he can help me progress.Mo patience with me is always good and goes beyond just being a personal trainerTraining with Mo would be beneficial to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals regardless of age or fitness ability

Been with Mo for a number of years and I would recommend him to all.He's super knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure you're safe and your form is correct. I started with him not even knowing how to run properly and since I've managed to run 7k.His gym is full of great equipment and everything you need is there. I have been training with Mo for the last few months, following the lockdown.There is a lot of variety of work outs and always pushes me that little bit harder.I love the mix of weights with boxing training.I am starting to see the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for a personal trainer.
