I decided I was fed up of my house being full of clutter when I ended up working from home during lockdown but I didn’t have enough clear floor space to create a small office space for myself. I started following Heather’s page on Facebook and subsequently decided to pay for a 1 hour video consult. As a result of all Heather’s help and guidance I now have a proper office space in the house where I continue to work from home for the foreseeable future. Heather has really helped me change my mindset about all the clutter and the rest of the house is gradually becoming less and less cluttered as a result of me chipping away at it, bit by bit. There’s still quite a way to go but I can now visualise how I want to house to look and it feels achievable thanks to Heather’s tips and advice. I would most definitely recommend Heather if you are struggling with having too much clutter and not knowing where to start with getting on top of it all; she can help you look at it all in a different light and come up with a plan of action to tackle it bit by bit.

After a single virtual session with Heather, and watching some of her on-line videos I revolutionized how I organize my wardrobe and pack for business trips. This saves me time and stress, which is great. Very highly recommended.

Can't call it anything else but life changing. Taking into account everything we said it was great having Heather examine and help us making lasting changes. These changes led to our house being calmer and more peaceful and organised. 10/10.

Heather was really understanding of my situation, non-judgemental, and had really simple, easy to execute ideas to help me.We had a skype session because although she's local to me, it took place during the pandemic (I actually liked the idea of a Skype session anyway), and coming up to it, I was so embarrassed because I knew that I should be able to do this myself, and also because I am embarrassed about the state of the flat, but once in the session, she put me at complete ease and if she was shocked at any point she certainly never showed it! She followed up with a report and an action list for me to get on with - which are all manageable small tasks.I was taught how to keep things tidy as a child, and I used to be a very tidy person but as my health deteriorated so did my flat and I just got too overwhelmed and Heather managed to break it down for me and make it seem less scary.Having her available to hold me to account, and provide suggestions or just a sounding board is really invaluable, and I would highly recommend a session - it's something we feel that we should be able to do, but sometimes we just need help.I'll definitely be having another session when I've done everything on the action list, and she can help me get started on the areas we didn't get chance to cover!

What a wonderful woman heather is....... my underwear drawer has never been so tidy..... would definately recommend especially if you feel overwhelmed with clutter.

As I live 200 miles away, I had a video chat consultation with Heather after a recommendation. At first I found the concept of finding 'joy' in the objects that I was sorting difficult - especially when we started with my sock drawer. However, with Heather's patient explanation and careful process I was working through my clothing quickly and efficiently. After the video chat, Heather stayed on hand to help me through the rest of the stages of decluttering via chat, telephone and even a face-to-face chat when I was in her area. I'm now a year on and I've moved house (which was a lot easier) and my drawers are still organised and I can still find things. Am I perfect? Well, no...but with Heather's help I am 1000 times better and I know how to work through things when I feel like they are getting on top of me again. I would recommend her services to anyone who asks!
