I have been visiting this dental practice for the past few years. When i 1st went here i was a nervous wreck. But i have to say a big thank you to Rachel who has made my dread of going to the dentist go away with great chat an friendly atmosphere i feel a lot more relaxed when getting my treatments done. All the staff are very friendly an happy to help especially Kate on reception.

Everyone here is really nice, friendly and very professional. Appointments are booked in advance, which if not suitable can easily be changed, with clear details of what will happen at each appointment. The bill is broken down very clearly so you know exactly how much everything costs.

Absolutely incredible dentist surgery . I wouldn't be the biggest fan of dentists but Rachel was able to put me at ease fairly quick. The whole team are really friendly from top to bottom, very professional. impressed by the high standard of treatment. Would highly recommend.

Bupa Dental Care Banbridge
I attended Bupa Banbridge for a hygienist appointment as my last hygienist had moved away. I met Jen for the first time and can only say how fantastic she was. I’ve been attending hygienists for 7 years and this is the first time I had a pain free experience. I was put at ease immediately and Jen was lovely as well as being very professional. I have my next apt booked and for the first time ever I’m not dreading my visit to the hygienist.

So after having a fear off the dentist for a long time I decided to go see Rachel after so many good reviews. Since then I have never looked back I enjoy going to see her she puts me at ease and has sorted out my toothache I have since registered my kids and my husband has moved also . Brilliant job can’t recommend her enough and Elaine also both a fabulous team.

Friendly staff who explain everything thoroughly and put you at ease. Been with Rachel for about five years now and have had my partner and kids register with her too as I'm so impressed with her. Would greatly recommend this dentist.

Have been going to Rachel for my dental work for a few years now and is always personable and chatty. The same can be said for her dental assistants and today it was Elaine. Made to feel at ease as always and can actually say I like going to the dentist to see people who enjoy their work!

I was a real nervous patient and hadn’t been to the dentist in 20 years, so I made an appointment with Rachel hall in the practice and she was amazing she made me feel so at ease and her dental nurse Elaine was so helpful too. Highly recommend this practice.

Excellent professional service! Rachel is wonderful with my two children aged 2 and 4 and they were completely at ease with her. She has such a lovely manner and always explains everything well and offers advice. Long gone are the days when I dreaded going to the dentist! From the receptionist, dentist and dental assistants, they are all professional and friendly who offer the highest level of patient care. I couldn't recommend Bupa Dental Care Banbridge enough.
