The person who cleared out my gutters was very professional and polite. He did the job thoroughly and efficiently. I can't judge whether Ben's Gutters are good value for money as this was the first time I have had to use someone to do this job.

The operative arrived on time and was very polite, he explained what/how he was going about cleaning the cutters using a sky vac. Tidied and cleaned up after job was completed.

Gutters on our conservatory cleaned promptly, and the leak diagnosed, but requiring extensive reconstruction to fix, not just a bit of sealant..The operative was friendly and helpful. I'll call Ben's next time.

Although I wasn't around, neighbours reported timely arrival and judging from the bag left containing all the rubbish cleared out of the gutters, it was a job well done, for which I am grateful and more than happy to recommend this service to others.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept informed all the time by efficient staff. I had to rearrange my first appointment due to a storm with 60mph winds which was understandable. When the gentleman came (I will call him that because he was) all work was carried out and again I was kept up to date with the progress which included pictures of the problem and the result of his work.Efficient, clean and great staff.

We had an excellent experience when using Ben’s gutters to clean our guttering and down pipes. The booking process was simple and the price was reasonable. We were given a time and date for the cleaner to call round. He arrived within the time frame quoted and was quick, efficient and professional. He was very polite and considering how awful our gutters were, he left almost no mess behind! He even took our down pipes apart to make sure he’d completely cleared them. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
