I am giving this shop 5 stars because of the absolute gem Nina who works here. She altered my dress to absolute perfection and is an absolutely amazing woman! Can't wait to wear my dress on my big day thanks to her! Thank you again!I am editing this review as I need to add more as this happened after I collected my wedding dress. I took my bridesmaids dressess to another shop and they made an absolute arse of it. 13 days until my wedding I emailed on a Sunday to see if they would be able to help me, Suzie emailed me back straight away and told me not to worry they would sort it for me and put my mind at ease. They squeezed the girls in on the Tuesday morning and I have just went today and yet again Nina has waved her magic sewing needle and fixed them and they are beyond perfect!There was one minor detail that wasn't sitting right and she fixed it there and then.The customer service between the 2 of them is amazing I didn't even feel stressed today because I knew I was in the best hands.Thank you again ladies I can't thank you enough you really have taken all my last minute stress away!! 1 week today til the big day!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my wedding dress altered at Karen Rochford bridal alterations in Glasgow. The whole team made me feel so special and admired my dress at every appointment! I was so well looked after and Carol made sure the dress fitted me perfectly. The team fitted my appointments around the dates I planned to be in Scotland and were helpful over email in which made life easy. Amazing! Karen Rotchford alternations was recommended to me from Eleganza and I'm so glad I trusted them with my wedding dress. I was extremely nervous to have my dress altered as I'm so petite and worried the whole style of my dress would change. This wasn't the case at all! Organising an appointment was easy, all of the staff were lovely and clearly very knowledge able and my dress was absolutely stunning! I can't thank the team enough for fitting my dream dress!

Excellent and friendly service at Karen Rotchford Alterations. I attended my appointment at Karen Rotchford and the full team made me feel so comfortable and ensured every detail was perfect for my wedding day. I got married abroad so was worried about timescales but my dress was ready with plenty time and prepped to perfection for travelling. Cannot recommend enough and I have now returned to have my dress dry cleaned and was so lovely sharing pictures from my wedding day.

The most wonderful experience with these ladies. Would highly recommend this shop. They were able to make my beautiful dress fit like a glove and I have never felt so beautiful.The ladies really listened to my story and gave me time to wear my dress. They also let me wait for my mum who was running late to an appointment which was really special.The detail of my dress and how delicate it was they did an amazing job to not alter the beauty.
