Food didnt seem freshly cooked. Not much hotsauce on 1/2 chicken. Clearly cheap frozen burger. Soggy corn on cob. Given nearly empty ketchup bottle (three times). Service friendly enough but many tables left uncleared making place feel untidy and dirty.

I've been here many times. The food is usually very good. When it is very busy, the chatter over the background music is much too loud and the experience is ruined. However, today is a slow Tuesday night and the atmosphere is calm and cool. The full rack of ribs were succulent and melt in the mouth full of flavour, along with creamy buttery mashed potatoes really hit the spot.

The waiting staff were lovely, so no complaint there at all. However not only was the food decidedly bland, it took an age to come to us. When it did, my BBQ Ribs portion was luke warm at best, and the added fries, corn cob and coleslaw portions were much smaller than I expected.Also, we were offered the use of a toddler seat as soon as we arrived which was much appreciated. Sadly we had to take our six month old daughter out of it shortly after, as the seat stank of stale urine, so much so that not only did it put my wife off her meal, but we had to go and change my daughters trousers as they'd picked up some of the smell. I reported this to the waitress, but nothing further was said by her nor any other member of staff before we paid our bill and left.My wife also reported that the toilets were grubby when she took our daughter there to change her trousers. Her words were that they didn't seem that well looked after.Still smelled better than the kids seat though.Sadly I don't think we'll come back here again after this visit. I don't feel we got close to value for our money, food service was slow and bland and the kids seat left our kid smelling like an alcoholics sock drawer.

Visited here during a school holiday and as expected it was busy with families.Our order was placed for 2 adults and 3 really hungry kids. All the food arrived in about 5 minutes which was really impressive. The food was not hot and was ready to eat (a good thing when you have hungry kids in tow).Everyone was happy with their food and the kids got dessert as part of their meal which they were equally pleased with.At the end of the meal the kids got free slime which made them really happy. In the words of the kids, Best restaurant ever! We should come here everyday".Great experience for the family."

Came here with family after the cinema since we'd heard good things and we're glad we did. It was quiet, so no wait for a table. The menu had quite a variety to work from, pizzas, burgers, pasta and more! I forgot to take food pictures since it looked so good when it arrived that we started eating straight away :-) My son was a bit disappointed in his burger, since he's used to having a choice of getting it Medium and it came well done by default.

Brilliant place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Lovely and friendly staff and a great selection of dishes for those with various dietary requirements. They serve great vegan pizza and I'm obsessed with their ice cream sundaes and cookie dough dessert!

Our drinks order was asked for and taken as we sat down. When our drinks arrived we ordered two vegan breakfasts from the menu and at this point we were told these were not available. Neither were the vegetarian breakfasts. Apparently they were out of vegan and vegetarian sausages. At no point were we offered the option of adapting either breakfast e.g. extra hash brown or toast instead of sausage. If we had been told before we ordered our drinks we would have left. Shockingly poor customer service in an almost empty restaurant- so no excuses about being too busy etc. We won’t bother with this place again. Found a fabulous vegan street food van on the beach front, up near the harbour end.

Came here for dinner. There was a special 3 course Xmas meal on 3 courses for £18. The starter I ha ravioli it was a bit strange though as the pasty was crispy like it had been fried not my taste however the turkey with Mac and cheese main surprised me as it was rather good perfectly seasoned and I could also taste herbs in there to tasted like sage unusual but good. I then sat a a while as it appeared they had forgotten my desert. Twice I was asked if I had had it yet to which I could only reply no then I was told they were out of that particular dessert and would I accept another to which I said yes and it too was nice when it arrived. I then had to wait for my coffee. All in all the bill came to £25.10 which is fantastic value for money. Surroundings were nice comfortable seating and a great layout inside.

Worse place I've eatten ! Got served my meal on a baking tray with a sheet of frankie and benny's under my food ended up leaving most of my meal as I was eatting paper aswell ! Really disappointed

Went for a birthday meal, and to try the new vegan options. Staff were very attentive and pleasant throughout our stay. Food was well prepared and worth the value paid. Chains can be hit or miss depending on the staff, but on this occasion I was impressed.
