My grandson had his 4th birthday party there, poor management, the girl who was assigned to my grandson party was terrible and they didn't get any of the benefits he should of got with the package. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, the reply was they was short staffed and the girl was timid. Never again for a party. Not recommended

It was semi busy, but equipment was exciting for the kids. Lots of different activities and areas to explore. The cafe was basic so would recommend bringing lots of snacks and drinks. The arcade area was small and £1 for each of the rides for one go, which we found very expensive. The staff were friendly and clear on the rules. Overall a good experience.

This was an amazing recreation centre to visit with a friend, offering a 2 hour experience for just £13 each! The centre has a lot to stay entertained, including normal and springboard trampolines, a cyber tower and a battle beam. Me and my friend were checked in for our session promptly by the staff, leaving our belongings in the large storage area!

It was ok but they need to sort the internet out!I would bring the children more often if they would sort out the internet,The coffee isn't great eitherAnd they had ran out of certain foods too.The staff serving food had no go in them at all. I hope to see improvements

I brought my daughter and my niece today, the music was really loud and it was bothering my daughter, I was talking to her to her trying to distract her and the man near the foam pit (Tom I believe is his name) had noticed and he radioed and asked his colleagues to turned the music down for her, no questions asked or funny looks just pure compassion, so much love for all the staff at flip out today, but especially from Tom, you made our day

We had a super 2 hours with family. The park is great fun my kids are 5 and 3. I do however dislike the fact that you have to pay full adult price to follow my 3 year old around the bounce park. With that as an additional cost it makes it an expensive 2 hours of fun.

Absolutely diabolical this company/place. Wouldn’t visit again even if you paid me. The staff all have an attitude problem. None of the staff want to help even the “manager” if you want to even call him that. I had my son’s 7th birthday party here. Paid £227.40 for 12 kids (including my son) for the awesome party package. The room was plain/bare no banners no balloons no plates or cups etc the room didn’t look like a children’s party room in the slightest. I was told that they had no burgers in store by another lady visiting the venue yet I wasn’t advised of this by the staff and I had 5 children with burgers as their meal. I addressed this with a member of staff and he told me “he’s gone to buy some burgers now” shouldn’t they already be in the business considering I had to pre order food? Girl cooking in kitchen had her hair down whilst preparing, cooking and serving food. She also didn’t wash her hands after handing un cooked foods and then cooked foods! She also emptied a bin and still didn’t wash her hands!!! Asked where all the children’s slushes were ( they’re included in the package I bought) I was advised “you don’t get slushes so you’ll have to pay for the 12 slushes” the list goes on and on it’s absolutely disgusting this company and the members of staff and “managers” and “acting managers” have no manners what so ever, they’re not helpful in the slightest. Not one single apology was given and to top it off they were serving the food at 6.30pm when that was the time the party should have finished. The party bags had a little note pad pencil rubber and sharpener in. I mean I’d love to know what my actually £227.40 paid for cause I didn’t receive anything other than poor customer service and half my party package missing! On a number of occasions I calmly addressed matters but nobody seemed to want to listen to me. I’m a single parent who works and still has to scrape together saving all year round due to the cost of living crisis just to ensure my son had the best birthday possible after an awful year he had in 2022 in and out of hospital! I was that angry and disappointed I was reduced to tears and yet still no sympathy or remorse from any member of staff.Would most definitely not recommend this place to visit in general let alone for a birthday party!

I took my 9 yr old granddaughter to a party and in all honesty after she got the free socks and put them on, I never saw her again until she came in search of me for a drink, then she was gone again. The place is well supervised though so she was safe. The only time we had a conversation was on the way home, where she bent my ear on how much fun she had.The staff were SO POLITE as wellI'd recommend you take a drink for yourself. An average bottle of coke was £2.50, but you're going to have to pay for a slush for the kids.

Used the park for the 2nd time this morning. Always clean and professional.Staff are always polite and helpful.In particular, the man on the front desk with the beard went above and beyond.He handled a large group in front of us quickly and effectively so we weren't hanging around for long.His customer care skills we top notch.
