Absolutely faultless process from first contact to discuss our needs, when Raaj was informed how urgent the request was he was more than happy to come to quote and advise. Within a week Raaj arrived to install our CCTV and outside Security Light, the respect he showed our property by laying down sheeting on carpets and making sure any dust created was cleaned up promptly. The actual CCTV system installed was beyond my expectations, the quality of the pictures are second to none, I would have no hesitation in recommending Raajcctv to anyone.We even had a lesson teaching us all the features of the installed system and Raaj made sure we understood how to access various components before leaving.

After my mother's house was vandalised Raaj came out to provide a quote the next day. The price was competitive. He started early and stayed until the system was installed. I would definitely recommend Raj to work with older people as he has a knack of putting people at ease even after a stressful event. Raaj installed 3 standard and one smart light sabre security light. Position of lights discussed with us to enable lights to be installed in the best position for maximum coverage. The standard ones are excellent however the smart one is the next level. Can be fully controlled from app on phone and also Alexa. All wires concealed to a high standard inside and out with high regard to the aesthetics of our property.Raaj was very professional in his work and advice offered, to the point of switching the position of the smart light to the optimum position. This saved us buying a second smart light which others may have done as an easy option to them as an installer.Thanks for the excellent service Raaj. After an incident a couple of weeks ago, I asked in local Facebook groups for a recommendation for someone to fit CCTV - there were SO many recommendations for Raaj that we decided to ask him to come to give us a quote, and then fit our CCTV system.From the very first contact, we were totally impressed with the service - prompt replies, messages to keep us informed of timings, excellent quality of product, etc. Raaj is so polite, customer satisfaction is his utmost priority, and he did a fantastic job (with his young helper, Kieran).He spent time listening to our concerns, advising us on the best options and ensured that we were totally happy with the installation.We also had such a laugh along the way (starting with poor Raaj being terrorised by our little black cat who decided his leg should be dinner!)Sometimes it is difficult having people working in your house, but this was definitely not the case with Raaj.
