Alex, Wendy and the whole team have been nothing short of magnificent. I have been working with their team for around a year now and after multiple printer/office moves and many questions later, nothing is ever too much hassle. The team provide the best customer service, they're always friendly, everything is always done with a smile and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for printing services.

TouchTec offer a superb service. We have just finished a 5 year lease on a great Konica machine which never went wrong once. Last week TouchTec replaced that with another Konica machine which was painlessly installed by Josh. Chris Reed is really easy to deal with when arranging the replacement machine, unlike the cold callers who offer the earth, and Wendy provides excellent support. TouchTec are highly recommended.

I couldn't recommend TouchTec more! I have been working with them since June and they have been so amazing from the beginning, making the process so simple. Alex has been absolutely amazing and whenever we need him, he's down at our office within minutes! He's built really good relationships with our office so even in my absence he's there to help the team. Alex and the rest of the TouchTec team have always been so helpful and on the ball, they're the best company we have used for our printing. Thank you!

We have been using TouchTec since 2019 and Wendy and the team have been fantastic, taking any stress / admin away from our daily printing requirements. Dan also needs a special mention, he attends our site for servicing the printers and is extremely knowledgable - no question has ever gone unanswered! All in all a brilliant service from a fantastic company

TouchTec is the best copier supplier company that we have ever had. Their customer service is Excellent, nothing is an issue for them. Chris Reed, Wendy, Ryan, Josh and everyone in the team are very professional, friendly and efficient. They always give you advise on the best value solution for you, they work with you and don't push you to buy anything that you don't need. You don't need to request a service call as they are always on top of their devices. We have just purchased 2 Konica machines and the process went very smoothly. I definitely recommend TouchTech for your printing needs. Thank you Team

Don't really write many reviews but all I can say about this company is WOW. Spoke to an exceptionally friendly lady on the phone who in turn got an engineer called Dan to assist me. He was even more exceptional. So knowledgeable helpful and friendly spent over an hour with me with no charge... Wow is all I can say. Fixed my issue with no fuss. Keep up the amazing work guys, other businesses need to role model you !! Top marks in every department..

We have worked with Touch Tec for many years and have always received service that goes above and beyond what the company offer. Timely engineer appointments, quick response times, brilliant equipment. We cannot fault the service they offer and how much help they have been from inevitable tech issues to regular check-ins to moving equipment. 10/10 recommend Touch Tec for all printer/ copier needs.
