Called Phil to connect a new gas supply for a large range oven my customer purchased. He was very helpful and guided me with what was needed etc. Phil was on time, polite and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

The plumber was meant to come over in the evening, they never showed up and didn’t even bother to phone or text me to let me know why. I put my plans on hold to wait in for them and if they’d just quickly let me know they didn’t want the job or didn’t have time I would have be fine with this. I thought they might ring or message the next day to apologise but haven’t heard anything from them.

Really good service from PK Plumbing. Phil very personable and knowledgable, a good reassuring manner. A big plus was the prompt service. The only minus is that I think it is a little expensive - if more reasonable cost I would have given 5 stars.

Great professional service and excellent tidy job replacing our shower. Also kindly highlighted potential issues caused by the work of a different plumber who did a botched job with our water heater overflow, and is helping to recommend companies who can fix it, which is greatly appreciated. Will definitely continue to use this company's services for any future work required. Reasonable price justified by the great work.

Not impressed! Just wanted a radiator fitted, it was mis-measured, didn't fit parallel against the wall and therefore the brackets didn't fit (measured from the skirting, not the wall). He was then going to leave not only holes in my brand new karndean flooring but it was only fixed to the wall in the top two brackets!! He walked into the house without knocking and then pretty much barged past my daughter at the door on his last visit. I now have holes in my flooring, incorrectly drilled holes in my wall that I need to patch and absolutely no confidence in his workmanship! Also, he tried to blame the builder and not once took any responsibility for his mistakes. I do not recommend!!
