In September of last year, we contacted Hannah, to help us undertake a remortgage of our property.Hannah was instrumental in advising right mortgage for us at the right time. Her customer service is unmatched—she's personable, compassionate, and absolutely on it. Never once did I need to pick up the phone to find out how things were progressing.What really stood out was her involvement with the solicitors. The process was a tricky one - as our mortgage renewal date edged closer we we're suddenly told that there we're a variety of issues with our application - as things unfolded, it was evidenced that our property was not properly logged with Land Registery, even though we had authentic documents (signed by our original solicitors to say that it had been) from when we originally bought the property. Due to this complete incompetence and lack of care from our original solicitors, more issues came to the surface. However, Hannah was the shining start throughout what was a awful experience. She tied all parties together, held the right people to account and ensured that everything was tidied up and completed in a professional manner.I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Hannah again, and would encourage anyone seeking advice to reach out to her immediately.
